Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Place the ring in its original jewelry box and secure it in a padded shipping envelope.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
